Κατά τη διάρκεια της εποχής του, υπέστη στιγμές εκφοβισμού και παρενόχλησης λόγω της ειρηνικής φύσης του. Λόγω μιας πεποίθησης που έμαθε μόνος του για τα βάσανα των άλλων που απαιτούσαν σωτηρία μέσω του θανάτου, τελικά τον οδήγησε να σκοτώσει τους βασανιστές του και αργότερα να καταδικαστεί στην εγκατάσταση Deadman Wonderland κάποια στιγμή μετά τον "Σισμό του Τόκιο".
