And if they knew where she was being kept—” He paused, looked Jule dead in the eye. “They’ll come for her first.” Jule’s jaw ticked. “And you want her here? In my space?” “In our home,” Silas corrected, grabbing his phone off the desk. “You, Rafe, Orion—you’ll all watch her. But she’ll be under your shadow, Juliano. Day and night.” Before he could argue, Silas’s phone rang. He answered it, speaking into the receiver in a clipped voice. “Yes. Let them in. Escort them to the dining room.” He hung up, eyes back on Jule. “Tell your brothers to meet us there. And behave.” Jule rolled his eyes but stood. “Fine.
