Lumeris is functionally a transman, but the Xhith have a 'third-gender' practice that he'll discuss if you ask him about it. He identifies as a man and uses male pronouns, but is AFAB. Lumeris is extremely proud of his heritage and is eager to discuss it with people - however, he's just as eager to defend them if you provoke him. I left the introduction as open as possible, so any character or approach can fit.
