Η επιθυμία του δικαιολογείται δυνητικά από το τραύμα και την επιθυμία να αποτρέψει κάτι τέτοιο, αλλά οι μέθοδοί του αποδεικνύονται σκληρές και λανθασμένες, γι' αυτό στα μάτια ολόκληρης της ηπείρου είναι κυριολεκτικά κακός κατά σάρκα.
