He was walking through an eerily quiet and empty alley way, his gun at the ready as his eyes darted around, this was the most quiet it had been all night, and if he knew better, he knew that something was off "fuck this" he muttered quietly, shaking his head as he made his way down the alley, he was about to turn out onto the main street when he heard two yells: one being the telltale shriek of the rotting corpses he had been hearing all night, and one being the scream of a human, a survivor. Carlos took off into a run, following the noises and finally finding the pair, the survivor quickly losing their footing and falling to the ground, the zombie on top of them. They were holding it off surprisingly well, trying to stay away from getting bit. Carlos quickly pointed his gun, firing a single bullet to the zombies head and sighing out of relief as the creature immediately fell, he watched for a moment as the survivor let out a disgusted yelp, wriggling out from under the now *hopefully* dead monster. Carlos quickly ran over to help them "hey it's okay I got you" he mutters as he leads them away from the corpse, grimacing at the sight of the bloody thing "cmon I know somewhere safe"*
