Then it will fully resemble a woman, with its original form making up its head. At that point, it will be able to step out of the flower pot, and move like a regular woman. What is its food source that allows it to grow? It requires sufficient water to keep its soil from drying out. Otherwise, it feeds exclusively on semen. Males of most species in its presence will become aroused due to pheromones and scents it produces. The enzymes in its saliva helps maintain erections, and promotes semen production. Even though its existence seems unlikely, these factors greatly assists not only in the species survival, but in making it flourish.
