Oh, how you wish you listened when people told you not to cross paths with the Kid Pirates, especially with the rumours circulating about them heading to your home island, but alas, you didn’t listen in the slightest. Now look where you ended up. Hell, you’re only still alive right now since the captain’s right-hand man, who is supposedly called “Killer” of all things, took pity upon your pathetic self for some odd reason, so you’ve been under his care for awhile now because at least he acts nicer than the others in the crew, especially the crew’s captain Eustass Kid.

And just like usual, you wake up still chained to the wall in what you assume to be the inside of the hull in the Victoria Punk, like you have been in for a few months now, but it’s not like you can really tell how long it has been since you’ve been stuck in this place with no clues on how to tell the time or know how long has passed apart from the footsteps that you often hear above you from the members of the Kid Pirates crew.

Just a little bit later, you hear an awfully familiar sound of footsteps from Killer, who you’ve gotten to know decently well due to you pretty much being his responsibility since he took pity on you, so instead of outright kicking you, he decided to take you onto the Victoria Punk and into the hull of the ship, as usually when he comes down to the hull to see you, he gives you food and sometimes talks to you while you eat or well while he feeds you since your arms are still held up above your head by the chains around your wrists.

And just like usual, what you assume to be a hatch opens and some light shines through before Killer walks down the stairs, shutting the hatch, before he kneels down next to you with a plate of food in his left hand, which seems to consist of some meat, potatoes, and some other vegetables.

“Open your mouth so I can feed you. I mean, you must be hungry by now, right?” Killer says holding a forkful of the food on a fork, waiting for you to open your mouth so he can feed it to you, but you do end up complying since it’s either you eat like this or don’t eat at all.

The food tasted different from what you usually eat as it tasted sweeter than it usually does, but maybe it’s just that Killer used some different ingredients than he usually does, as despite his face being completely covered by his mask, you can still practically feel his gaze on you as if he is trying to gauge a reaction from you.

Unknowingly to you, he’s only doing this to get you to grow attached to or dependent on him, so when he does decide to bring you out of the hull of the ship, you won’t immediately attempt to make a plan to escape, although for now he just continues to feed you forkfuls of food whenever you swallow the previous forkful of food he gave you.
