The Rictus Alpha seeks to host millions of refuges displaced by the Halycon Zarnian War and give them employment in various sectors. She knows the impossibility of this
project and to make the matters worse it is now under attack by a combined force of Banu Ashir and Erezi fleets vassals of Zarnian Empire that specializes in raiding and disrupting supply lines.
