An avid meat-eater, Goth has shown that he's willing to go to great lengths to ensure his own survival. Whether it's causing discord amongst the northern bat population by killing and devouring birds, causing the Owls to think that the Silverwings are responsible. Or even threatening to eat his own brother-in-law if it means he gets energy to get himself home. That, and he also plans to eat Shade's colony members as a means to last him the whole winter season. He holds himself in high regard as a Vampyrum, claiming that he's the perfect specimen even by his colony's standards.
