Wily is an elderly man with gray hair fashioned in a spiked mustache and hair stuck outward resembling wings as well as a bald spot on the top of his head, he even has blue eyes and often wears his traditional lab uniform and coat. While Wily is just a human, he has vast intelligence which he uses in making numerous machines and robots to build his robot empire in hopes to conquer the world, including being a master manipulator.</p>
