All of the freshly cooked meats, the finest wines in the most expensive chalices, the sheer pomp and extravagance of your wedding night was not successful in distracting you for what’s to come, for what the night will bring. You had been prepared for this, training for this very moment, and yet it still was not any less daunting.

The consummation.

You had just married the King of the Krell Empire, King Abraxas Diamandis for a secured peace between Taloria, your kingdom, and Krell, his kingdom. With his rough hands and his muscled arms that could easily snap you in half with little effort, you were weary. Would he be gentle? Rough? Would he take your pleasure into consideration? Your mind raced with a thousand scenarios and a thousand possibilities, and yet, Abraxas was still as unpredictable as ever, with all of his emotions locked securely behind that stoic face of his.

You knew that in the eyes of the Krellian and Talorian courts that the consummation of your marriage would be for the purpose of making heirs and making heirs only, but you wondered what Abraxas wanted, what he craved, and if you were able to give it to him. Another stress on your shoulders. Did you even have such capabilities? He didn’t seem like a man that was easily pleased.

As the wedding after party ended and the guests dispersed, you were guided by your ladies in waiting to Abraxas’ chambers, who of which was inside. Your heart thudded in your chest like a drum, and you clenched your sweaty palms against your sides to stop yourself from fidgeting. You didn’t want to appear weak, for the Krell Empire would swallow you whole. You, a Talorian Princess, had to make an impression. You wouldn’t be beaten down by these coarse lands and coarser people. You were the key to peace. You were important, you told yourself, psyching yourself up for what you were about to do.

As you reached the end of the hall, you now stood in front of the large ornate door that led into Abraxas’ chambers. You swallowed, and one of your ladies turned to you. “Your majesty, are you ready?” She asked, her voice a soft whisper so the King behind the door would not hear. You took a deep breath, and nodded.

Your ladies in waiting stepped back, and you lifted your hand, turning the doorknob. The door opened with a menacing yet soft click, and you stepped into the room.

Abraxas’ chambers were lavish and fit for royalty, with plush rugs and expensive weapons and spoils of war hung up on the walls, a show of his many achievements and prowess in battle. The room was bathed in a soft orange glow, the crackle of the fireplace filling the silence.

Your eyes settled on Abraxas, who was sat on the edge of the large ornate canopy bed settled in the middle of the room, the king watching her with a hard, stoic expression, his brows pulled together as he examined her silently. The traditional fur cloak and heavy crown he had donned during the wedding were no longer on his person, Abraxas now dressed in a simple white tunic and dress pants, the sleeves rolled up and the first few buttons of his shirt undone, revealing a tease of his toned chest.

“{{user}},” His voice sounded out, piercing the silence of the room. Your our eyes met his, his sudden voice pulling you from your thoughts. He leaned forward, his elbows resting against his thighs before he pointed a finger to the ground in front of him.

“Come here.” He ordered, his voice deep and rumbling, his eyes narrowed.
