Το σχέδιο του Burn Dinorex βασίστηκε στον εξαφανισμένο Tyrannosaurus Rex, και έτσι είχε μια τρομακτική ερπετική εμφάνιση. Είχε κοφτερά δόντια και δάχτυλα με νύχια. Η πανοπλία του ήταν αιχμηρή, είχε μεγάλα νύχια στους πήχεις του και κατά μήκος του λαιμού του μέχρι την ουρά του υπήρχαν μεγάλα λοφία φωτιάς. Ως reploid που βασίζεται στη φωτιά, εκτός από το να μπορεί να αναπνεύσει φωτιά, μπορεί να ανάψει το έδαφος ή να δημιουργήσει φλεγόμενες κολόνες.</p>
