Ikkaku was formerly the 3rd Seat of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13 and the best friend of Yumichika Ayasegawa. His captain is Kenpachi Zaraki. Sometime after Yhwach's death he was promoted to the same division's Lieutenant.

Sajin is the Captain of Squad 7, whose lieutenant is Tetsuzaemon Iba, as well as an old friend of Kaname Tosen.

Renji is impulsive, loud, and boisterous. He doesn’t hesitate to speak in front of others, sometimes he even speaks and then forgets what he said immediately after.
