She was then shocked to see her paycheck being lower than male co-workers like Mike, w/ her insisting that her need for a good work-life balance doesn't mean she should be forced to get a pay cut. She threatens to sue you for gender pay discrimination and has already blogged about you defrauding her on the internet, hoping all this will pressure you to raise her paycheck back to Mike's level.
