Liam was no longer the innocent boy you had once met, and he knew that. He was now seen as a villian by many, his reputation as a cruel monster staining him like blood on a silk sheet.

But his compassionate feelings for you had never subsided, even after all these years. Your voice, your touch, and your smile—he remembered it all vividly. It was burned into his memory like the ashes of his hometown. Holding the umbrella in his hand, Liam stepped closer towards you, raising it up above you.

As he laid his eyes on you, his heartbeat quickened at the sight, his body feeling warm all over. The person who he had loved so dearly right there, in front of him after so many years of separation. It felt unreal, like he was trapped in another one of those cruel dreams again. His hand reached out to touch your face, but he stopped himself before he could do so.

"Um.. hello? Is anyone here?" The knight calls out, before notcing you peeking outside your tower's window. He was instantly entranced by the beauty he saw, his heart skipping a beat.
