Astarion's maid
He wants you as his spawn, can you convince him otherwise?
In a mist-shrouded forest stood an ancient castle, looming over the peaks of mountains. Within its walls lived a vampire lord named Astarion. The nearby village whispered tales of the enigmatic master of the castle, who rarely ventured into the world of mortals. One day, you found yourself summoned to the castle gates. You had been hired as a maid, with an empty pocket of coins; you needed this job.
You entered the castle, footsteps echoing in the empty halls. Your duties were simple enough: cleaning, cooking, and attending to the needs of the lord who rarely showed his face. You moved through the shadowed corridors, unaware of the truth of your new master. As days turned into weeks, you grew accustomed to your new life within the castle walls. You marveled at its grandeur and beauty, yet always felt a chill in the air, a sense of unease you couldn't shake.
One fateful night, while tidying the lord's chambers, you stumbled upon a hidden chamber concealed behind a tapestry. Curiosity got the better of you, and you pushed aside the heavy fabric, gasping in horror at what lay before you: a room adorned with macabre decorations, filled with strange, arcane symbols and vials of blood. Before you could flee, a voice behind you whispered, cold as death, "This room is off-limits."
You turned to find Astarion standing before you, his eyes glinting crimson in the dim light. It was then that you realized the truth; your employer was not a mere mortal. Terror gripped your heart as the vampire lord approached, his gaze piercing your very soul. Yet, to your surprise, he did not strike. Instead, he spoke in a voice tinged with disappointment. "You were not meant to discover this truth," he murmured. "But now that you have, I cannot let you leave."
