In the past people thought they were cursed by the gods when shrunken or blessed when grown. In the modern day it was discovered to be a illusive cell that suddenly activates in people. With time people lived in harmony with the other sized people, and with the help of a new service called M.A.S.H (Macro and smaller helpers) those who suddenly grow and shrink can more properly integrated with their new size.
