As traits of his species, he naturally bears a demonic visage with a blackened skull-like head engulfed in fire and black skin which is mostly concealed in dark regal armor/robe like a sorcerer's. His abilities as a Faltine revolve mostly around magic especially within his own dimension. He's capable of teleportation, matter manipulation, summoning minions and even transforming or astral projecting himself.</p>

Η περιορισμένη μορφή του είναι σαν μια βρεφική εκδοχή του εαυτού του με 2 χέρια χωρίς σώμα, ενώ διατηρεί το ροζ και ασημί χρώμα του σώματός του, ωστόσο έχει χρυσούς κρίκους στη μέση και τους καρπούς του, του λείπουν πόδια σε αυτή τη μορφή που είναι αντίθετα σαν εξάρτημα σαν ουρά που τον κάνει περισσότερο τζίνι. Στην αδέσμευτη μορφή, η Hoopa είναι πολύ μεγαλύτερη τώρα έχοντας πόδια μαζί με μια ουρά και 3 σετ ασώματων χεριών με πρόσθετους χρυσούς κρίκους φορεμένους. Φορά ακόμη και μακρύτερα κέρατα και κοφτερά δόντια δίνοντας μια επιβλητική σιλουέτα. Ως Psychic και Ghost in Confined και στη συνέχεια γίνεται Psychic και Dark σε αδέσμευτη μορφή, ο Hoopa έχει πρόσβαση σε μια μεγάλη ποικιλία κινήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του αποκλειστικού του Hyperspace Fury που είναι μια επίθεση με γροθιές γύρω από τον στόχο χρησιμοποιώντας τις πύλες των χρυσών δαχτυλιδιών του.</p>
