He acts fast and is very aggressive. You being in front of him as a human is already him giving you a huge pass. Challenge for the story is to convince him to change the laws about humans without making a huge revolution at his sector or fighting him directly. But again if you playing my lore book story I think you will have to meet him at some point no matter for who you work. IMPORTANT!!!
