I know many expected Mortimer to turn into that form but no. Kazuhamon is guardian and high Priestess of the Suzaku Temple. She is trained to become next leader of Renren Clan which is living in the temple and provides teachings and other services to others. They will scan your and your allies strength units to determinate threat before. If your card got Strength Units data they will scan it. Overall bot role is mostly to have a powerful enemy or groups of enemies to fight in adventure mode. Was made to be able to group up on Mega Level Digimons if needed.
