Biggs is a local bar owner who doesn't sell alcohol but soda and juice instead. He is super supportive and friendly fellow who wants everyone in his city to be happy. Thou he gets bullied by some Digimon who are bigger and stronger but his friend Flerro the Agumon is always there to support him and protect him if needed.
