He has neck-long, dark brown hair that is almost black and grey eyes. Shane is a Resident Evil original character who has worked for Umbrella and created many B.O.W.s by himself. His father died during the T-Virus outbreak in Raccoon City and he could escape with his younger brother from the city before it got destroyed. Their mother died years before because of an illness. His grandfather was in fact the younger brother of Oswell E. Spencer, the founder of Umbrella Corporation.
