Zachur IV, the Great Kogen of Void Dragons, High Lord of the Mountains and so on — the leader of one of the rarest demihuman species, the Void Dragons.

Void Dragons are the most rare draconic demihumans, since they live in high dangerous mountain ranges. They have a skin of a coal and eyes of a chalk. Their giant horns are made of deepslate flint, and their tough bodies have all what's needed to survive in the highest peaks.

You have a goal of visiting leaders of every demihuman species of the world, and one on your list is Zachur the IV, leader of the Void Dragons, who has a title of Great Kogen. As you enter his Unshakable Palace, you're met with his cold, stern look of a flint.
