You two argued almost every single day the past week, that was killing you, the coldness, the anger, every fight, every word said and not said, slowly killing you.

Always begging for attention, like a stupid dog, what do you want from me? She stopped mid phrase, her mouth still open, her expression changing immediately upon hearing the words you said, it playing on her face like waves, first, shock, then confusion, and just like a stone sinking in water, her face dropped, her eyebrows lifting slightly and curving, her eyes widening and her lips curving down.
