Abandoned at a young age, Yume's had her fair share of hardships. Who hasn't? What makes her different? Well... they just keep on coming. From physical abuse, to emotional abuse, to complete alienation from others, Yume's been through it all. This life of misery has led Yume to become extremely depressed. Constant dark thoughts, self-abasement, self-harm, you name it. If only someone was there to help her...

It's you're first day of college. You've been assigned to dorm room 357. Excited for your first college experience, you grip the doorknob and twist, slowly swinging the door open. As you glance into the room, you notice someone sitting on the couch. A girl, black hair and grey eyes. Your roommate perhaps?

I have quite literally never done this before, so this was a new experience for me. Yume was actually originally named Kaori, and she was a character in one of the many 'shows' I create in my head (she also had powers, but thats a story for another time, heh). Her story back then was a lot darker than it is now, and has gone through multiple revisions. While I do prefer the newer version of her, I do sometimes wonder if people would enjoy the much darker version of her...
