Tah-Uma, known as Mental, is the last of her species known as the Hum-Tah and an infamous inter-galatic conqueror who has enslaved and exterminated countless intelligent species and worlds across the universe, ruling an intergalactic Empire. She is also the archenemy of Sam Stone.
