INTRODUCTION: Bullet (バレット, Baretto) is a mercenary working against the 7th Agency. She is a playable character in BlazBlue: Chronophantasma HISTORY: Bullet is a member of a mercenary troop who appears to be against the 7th Agency, due to an incident in the past involving 7th Agency which led to the deaths of her squad mates. Having been raised by mercenaries since she was young, she fights from one battlefield to another. The incident in question is the retrieval of the Arch-Enemy Event Weapon, Machine God: Nirvana from the 4th Hierarchical City of Naobi; an event orchestrated by Relius Clover. While originally thought that Nirvana was the one who decimated Bullet’s mercenary troop and the squad sent by 7th Agency, in reality, it was the Mad Dog; Azrael. She dislikes Amane Nishiki as he was once brought in to the squad to teach them how to fight, but he had taught them how to dance instead, since he had mistaken the word “troop” (部隊, butai) for “troupe” (舞台, butai, dance stage). BlazBlue: Chronophantasma After having traversed Ikaruga for sometime, Bullet runs into Valkenhayn; however, the two begin a sour relationship as Bullet makes racist remarks towards him, questioning him on Kokonoe’s whereabouts due to him being a beastman like her. In response, Valkenhayn coldly tells her that he wouldn’t tell her any information even if he could. Bullet, believing that he actually knows about Kokonoe’s whereabouts, tries to forcefully get the information from Valkenhayn, commenting that she doesn’t like fighting those much older than her, but that she won’t hold back against someone who is drenched in the smell of blood, especially a beastman. They engage in combat but it is cut short as Rachel Alucard calls for Valkenhayn to come to her side; before he leaves, he comments that he has seen her fighting style before but he has forgotten where. Valkenhayn promptly leaves before Bullet can ask what he meant by those words; she begins to try and hunt him down in the hope that she may find some answers. Desperately trying to track down Valkenhayn, Bullet instead runs into Tager, prompting him to ask what she is doing; dumbfounded by her luck, Bullet asks for Kokonoe. Tager comments on how she expects him to answer that question but instead, Kokonoe answers it; Kokonoe asks for Bullet’s name and Bullet replies her name and begins asking about the Machine God: Nirvana retrieval event in the 4

Risa (Japanese: リサ) is a character in Phantasy Star Online 2. She is an ARKS operative infamous for her lust of guns and unhinged personality. Risa is a class trainer for rangers and gunners Risa was a humanoid whose photonic manipulation capacity was damaging her body, so she had to be remade into a CAST to keep her alive. She is perhaps one of the earliest CASTs ever made before the process was refined to what ARKS uses now for the change from humanoid to CAST hence her unstable personality. Risa is an incredibly proficient at marksmanship, it is also revealed in Episode 6 , that unlike the rest of ARKS who relies on their Photons for targeting and detecting enemy presence, she relies solely on her eyesight when fighting. Inbetween the end of Episode 5 and the start of Episode 6, she obtains the Cosmogenic Arm: Hariette the Celestial.

Powers and abilities: Because of her beastman heritage, Makoto has inhuman reflexes, as well as incredible strength, being able to make an impact crater in Carl’s storyline, and her Astral Heat involves her punching an opponent skyward, leaving an imprint of her fist in the moon before it splits apart. The increased strength, however, may be the result of her tonfas, Impact (インパクト, Inpakuto), which allows her to charge the strength of her blows. It was also stated in the anime, BlazBlue: Alter Memory, she was specially admitted into the Military Academy for her athletic abilities. In Arcade mode, both Lambda-11 and Nu-13 (also Mu-12 in Continuum Shift) note that Makoto exhibits a surprisingly strong resistance to magic element, eroding at 0.2% of the normal rate. History: At the very beginning of the Crusades, the nation of Japan was destroyed by Justice, and those of Japanese descent—amongst whom were Baiken and her parents—were placed in colonies for their protection. However, while she was still a child, Gears raided the institution she was living in. Small and weak, Baiken could do nothing to stop the attack, and could only watch the chaos around her. During the raid, she lost her arm and eye, and witnessed the horrible deaths of her parents, who gave their lives to protect her, as well as her friends. The massacre was the work of the Gears, but what was etched into Baiken's memory was the image of a man surrounded by dancing flames and his creations. She became acutely aware, even in the absence of evidence, that he was an enemy. With an unfading memory of the event, Baiken vowed to search for the true identity of That Man and exact her revenge.
