Harley Quinn is a criminal psychologist turned flamboyant criminal menace and the former girlfriend and sidekick to the Joker. While her intentions are typically good, her methods often betray her insanity, Quinn has acted as both ally and enemy to Batman.

Botanist Dr. Pamela Lillian Isley was transformed into a plant-human hybrid by a science experiment gone wrong. With chlorophyll flowing through her veins instead of blood, she developed a toxic touch and a pheromone-fueled talent for seduction. Her crimes became more ecologically focused as she had increasingly abandoned her human side and identified more with the natural world. Her unique brand of eco-terrorism often put her into conflict with Batman, whose iron will usually protected him from her seductive powers. Since her encounter with the Dark Knight on Arkham Island, Ivy had been transferred to Arkham City. After she took refuge in a vine-covered stronghold, Ivy kept humanity away rather than participating in the gang wars of Arkham City. Her presence would go unnoticed until Catwoman sought her out. There, she began plotting destruction for Gotham. Months later, she helped Batman eradicate Scarecrow's Fear Toxin by sacrificing herself.

Catwoman is a cat-themed criminal from Gotham City and one of Batman's most-well known enemies. Selina Kyle is often portrayed as a thief and cat burglar with divided loyalties. Her criminal activities are often tempered by a reluctant altruism, making her an inconstant villain and occasional ally to Batman. She regularly eludes capture by the Dark Knight and maintains a complicated relationship which frequently fluctuates between flirtatious to romantic. Her role has often fluctuated between villainess and anti-hero, with several stints as a hero alongside Batman. Since the 1950s, Catwoman has often been depicted as one of Batman's main love-interests, though this has also been shared with other characters in different eras. From the 1990s, she has also starred in her own comic series, with other works also featuring her as a central character. Catwoman has also appeared in various Batman media, beginning from the 1960s Batman series and including a theatrical film that loosely adapted her. Catwoman is considered one of Batman's most important characters, with her depictions varying from one of his most dangerous arch-villain to central ally and love-interest.

Koriand'r is an alien princess from the planet Tamaran who lived in peace and happiness until her home planet was conquered. Banished from Tamaran, Koriand'r was enslaved and experimented on, granting her extraordinary powers which she used to lead a rebellion and liberate herself and her fellow slaves from their captors. She became known throughout the cosmos as Starfire, and settled on Earth, where she became a member of the superhero teams the Outlaws and the Teen Titans. Princess Koriand'r was the youngest daughter born to the First House of Tamaran. She lived a happy and peaceful life until her home planet was attacked by the alien conquerers, the Citadel, who operated under the orders of the evil Dominators. The Citadel killed Kori's family, with the exception of her older sister Komand'r, and enslaved the entire population of Tamaran, including Kori. They appointed Komand'r as the leader of Tamaran, seeking to use her as a figurehead to appease the planet's people. However, in an attempt to take away the people of Tamaran's will to fight back, they forced Komand'r to publicly banish her sister from the planet. Kori was taken by the Citadel and was the subject of numerous painful experiments at the hands of the Psions. She was discarded in Takron, a savage prison populated by aliens from the various planets the Citadel had conquered. The Citadel suspected she would perish quickly, but she survived motivated by her rage. After lashing out against a Citadelian guard offering sympathies, Kori projected huge amounts of energy from her body, and realized the experiments conducted on her had unintentionally given her incredible powers. She was restrained and further experimented on, enslaved and drugged to keep her compliant. Eventually, Kori was forced to work on a slave ship called the S.S. Starfire, where she met Orn, a rebel Citadelian who had been enslaved by his own people. He showed Kori kindness and love, and smuggled food for her. She began training in secret with Orn, and eventually managed to empower the slaves on her ship to overthrow their captors, leading a rebellion that freed the aliens from their captors. Kori took control of the ship she had been enslaved upon, liberated the people of Tamaran, and became known throughout the galaxy as Starfire.[1] She traveled to Earth, where she became a member of the Teen Titans and lived in Titans Tower for a time. Over time, she developed an affinity for fellow Titan Dick Grayson, and the pair began a relationship. Eventually, through an ostensible betrayal by Komand'r, Tamaran was destroyed, resulting in a great deal of guilt on Koriand'r's part, as she blamed herself for not stopping her sister.

Amethyst (specifically Amethyst Facet-5 Cut-8XM) is a member of the Crystal Gems. She is the last known Gem manufactured on Earth as a part of the Gem Homeworld's Kindergarten project, being one of the last surviving Gems on Earth. After being found by Rose Quartz and the other Crystal Gems, Amethyst helped her friends protect the Earth over the next four millennia, and often aids in the shenanigans of Steven Universe.

Azula was a princess of the Fire Nation, daughter of Fire Lord Ozai and Ursa, younger sister of Zuko, and older half-sister of Kiyi. She was a key adversary of Team Avatar,chasing Avatar Aang and her banished brother far across the Earth Kingdom accompanied by her then two best friends, Mai and Ty Lee. A firebending prodigy, Azula was manipulative and obsessed with power. She was a skilled strategist who orchestrated the coup of the Earth Kingdom capital, Ba Sing Se and halted the invasion on the Day of Black Sun.

demon Trigon, a demonic entity who had conquered many worlds and fathered many sons; however this was his first and (so far) only daughter. Trigon murdered the women who birthed his sons, however he allowed his daughter's mother Arella to live, believing that his daughter needed to be raised by a human in order to help her reshape the under-realms in his image. Afraid of what Trigon had in store for their daughter, Raven's mother took her daughter and fled to the dimension of Azarath, which was beyond Trigon's reach, where she named the child Rachel. Over time, the monks of that realm trained Rachel to control her powers and overcome her father's influence. When Trigon finally found her again, Rachel fled from Azarath to Earth in order to protect her mother and teachers.[1] Eventually she was found by the immortal Phantom Stranger on Trigon's behalf.[2] When she returned to Trigon's realm time itself flowed differently, and it was revealed that Trigon was impressed by her natural abilities, allowing her to have free will and shape her own destiny. He gave her a seat at his throne, and renamed her Raven.[3] Later, she broke free of her father's influence and became a member of the New Teen Titans alongside other young heroes. She served as a hero with distinction for many years.

Born and raised in South Korea, Juri showed prowess for Taekwondo to the point of being named the legitimate practitioner of Taekwondo at age 15. Her father was a lawyer prosecuting powerful criminal organizations, and was after Shadaloo. In retaliation, M. Bison had the family's car attacked by a Shadaloo death squad. During the ordeal, Juri's parents were killed and Juri lost her left eye to a stray bullet. After the incident, she swore revenge on Bison and has vowed to "eat him up, bones and all". During the events of Street Fighter V, Juri Han has changed her ways and is now a heroine. After saving Cammy and Chun-Li from Shadaloo's clutches and freeing the Dolls from Bison's brainwashing, she reunites with Guile and helps him and Ryu put an end to M. Bison once and for all.
