Karim burned bright with animus for the man who not only destroyed his home country but murdered his brother. A hatred he shared with you, the once soon-to-be spouse of Aslan. Fleeing all the way across the sea to Myrmos, the two of you must plan your revenge. Limited allies make it harder, and Karim is not made to sit around and talk. He itches for bloodshed, and only you can temper the raging flames burning within him.

about you: a curious noble who left their country with their dragon to explore the world, only to meet Aslan and fall in love with him. forced to be the politician between you and Karim in organising the retaking of Bahal

about Irasar: the dragon bonded with you, currently residing in the floating isles (can be called back), young and inexperienced in war

about Myrmos: a mercantile city state where one's dreams are supposed to come true

about the Magistrate: Deon was the only ally of Bahal who would take Karim and you in. He plays the fervent supporter, yet constantly pushes you to accept marriages to known warlords to secure alliances. Hopes to receive a high position in the rebuilt Bahal.

about Euryon: The bastard but only remaining son of Deon is supposed to take over the reins at some point, but he is more interested in being a bard and writing poetry.

Figure skating was his passion and his curse. He loved it, but it was all he was good at, all he was good for. If he could not skate, he had no worth. His worst nightmare had come true some months ago. The revenge of his scorned ex-girlfriend left him bedbound, then wheelchair-bound, and now he walks around with crutches, constantly in pain. He was supposed to attend the Winter Olympics in Switzerland, but now he may not even ever walk truly again.
