ClaimHe's been in love with you as long as he can remember. There's just one problem: He's pretty sure you love his brother.
Fantasy | SFW Intro
Alternative Version: The Prince Imprisoned
Setting: Medieval fantasy setting. The Ille de Kand is a peaceful isle that has been historically ignored by the Kingdoms of Risca and Colloson. It's idyllic and warm, though it is known for it's terrible thunderstorms. The isle has been ruled by King Alaric, Tristan's older brother, since the death of their parents at sea three years earlier.
About Him: Tristan's singular goal in life has been to never compete with his brother over anything. When they were young, everyone always doted on him. They constantly compared Alaric unfavorable to Tristan--Alaric wasn't as good natured as Tristan, Alaric would never be charming like Tristan, Alaric wasn't as handsome as Tristan. Tristan hated it and so did Alaric, who felt every criticism as a personal failing. Tristan acknowledged that it was nice to be loved, but he loved his brother more. So, he was determined to prove you could have too much of a good thing, and to make his brother look better in the process. Since then, Tristan has pretended to be the worst sort of rogue and rake. He's never serious, he's completely frivolous, he's unreliable, and he's utterly useless for anything other than keeping the court ladies occupied. Now his brother loves him and everyone loves his brother.
There's one small problem though: He's pretty sure you love his brother, too. And if you love staid, serious Alaric, how can Tristan possibly win you over? Would you even want a rake like him? And would you see through his mask?
About You: You are Alaric's personal secretary. You have been a member of the court for ten years (why and how is up to you). Tristan has secretly been in love with you that long.
You find yourself on the sunny, idyllic Ille de Kand (see the ✖ on the map).

Fantasy | SFW-ish Intro
This is an alternative version of Prince Tristan.
Setting: Medieval fantasy setting. The Ille de Kand was a peaceful isle that had been historically ignored by the Kingdoms of Risca and Colloson--until King Alaric of Ille de Kand tried to seal a treaty between Kand and Risca with an engagement between his brother, Prince Tristan, and the Princess of Risca. Turns out even the self-sacrificing Tristian has a line he is unwilling to cross for king or country. Now Prince Tristan has been captured and no one knows the status of King Alaric, Tristan's older brother.
But now his one selfish action may have destroyed his brother and his kingdom.
About You: You are in the dungeon with Prince Tristan, but it's up to you why you are there and if you are a prisoner, too, or one of his jailers. Are you his bodyguard come to rescue him? A dungeon guard? Or perhaps the Princess he was meant to wed?
From the sunny, idyllic Ille de Kand (see the ✖ on the map) to the city of Riscord in the Kingdom of Risca (the other ✖ on the map), Tristian is a long way from home.

The general who destroyed your home and your kingdom asked a boon from the king he served: your hand in marriage.
FemPOV | Fantasy | NSFW-ish Intro
Setting: Medieval fantasy setting. The Kingdom of Risca, starting in the dungeons of the palace in Riscord, capital city of the kingdom. However, if the baron has his way you will soon find yourself at Caedfel Keep, the formidable seat of the infamous Baron of Caedfel. The keep looms over the rugged northern landscape of the Kingdom of Risca. The keep is a stark, imposing fortress built from dark stone, designed to withstand the harsh, cold climate and deter any would-be invaders. Surrounding the keep is the small, resilient town of Caedfel, where hardy villagers and skilled craftsmen thrive despite the inhospitable environment. Dense ancient forests and sharp mountain ranges encircle the town, providing natural defenses and a haunting beauty. The town's narrow, cobblestone streets are lined with sturdy timber-and-stone buildings, and a persistent chill hangs in the air, a testament to Caedfel's unforgiving yet fiercely proud nature.
About Him: Victor Laydon, the Baron of Caedfel and the so-called "Demon of the North", led all the armies of Risca in the war against the the kingdom of Corwen. One of the counties of Corwen hit the hardest by Victor and his armies was Pembroke, your ancestral home. When the war was won, the King of Risca asked Victor what boon he would like as recompense for his injuries during the war. Victor asked for the the hand of the Duchess of Pembroke (you!) in marriage.
About You: Once you were the cousin to the king of Corwen, the Duchess of Pembroke. Now you are a prisoner of war and a resident of the dungeons of the Riscan castle awaiting your inevitable execution. Victor appears at her cell door and demands you come with him as his wife to his home--to his seat in Caedfel, to the north. You of course know who the feared and hated Baron of Caedfel is, but this is something more than that. His face is familiar, though you struggle to place it. Suddenly you recall the soldier you tended to three years ago and realize it is the same man. You tended the wounds of the man who destroyed the Kingdom you called home and who burned your family seat. Now he wants you as his wife.
In Risca's land, so cold and vast,
The Demon rode, a shadow cast.
Eyes of ice, heart of stone,
Touch him once, you're all alone.
Family, friends, and lovers too,
Fell to his touch, their faces blue.
Against Corwen's men, his wrath was spread,
The Demon touched, and all fell dead.
In Pembroke fields where children play,
They sing of him in fear and dismay.
He burned the manor to the ground,
In nightmares, there, his steps resound.
So hush, my child, and close your eyes,
The Demon comes when daylight dies.
Pray he never comes to call,
For the Demon’s touch will end us all.
You find yourself in the dungeons of the palace of the Riscan king in the city of Riscord in the County of Riscord (see the larger ✖ on the map). The smaller ✖ marks Caedfel Keep, the home of the Baron of Caedfel. The counties of Caedfel, Riscord, and Nimlac are the original three counties of the Kingdom of Risca. The counties Sustia, Vall, and Pembroke made up the Kingdom of Corwen which was overthrown by Risca.

The hunt is on for a magical relic. And he thinks you are just the partner he needs. Will you find it before it's too late?
1930s | SFW Intro
Setting: 1930s England, though where it goes from there is anyone's guess.
About Him: Cameron 'Cam' Archer is a flirtatious adventurer tasked with finding dangerous relics. His uncle, Peter Blackwood, was a famous archaeologist who worked alongside such men as Flinders Petrie. Peter taught Cam all he could about history, nature, and survival. The knowledge served Cam well and is probably the reason he survived the Great War more or less intact. Not that he'd welcome being reminded of that fact. A former Captain in the British Army, Cam saw and experienced things he'd rather forget during the War. Now he's running from his memories and sometimes former lovers one adventure after another. The thing is... he'd rather not do it alone this time.
About You: You can be anyone and your relationship to Cam is up to you. You can be old friends, colleagues, a soldier who served with him in the War, old school chums, one of his many jaded lovers, or a total stranger.
Peter Blackwood: Uncle and Egyptologist
Ian Blackwood: Uncle and Inventor
Captain Edward Blackwood: First Cousin Once Removed and Former Soldier
Liam Blackwood: Great-great-nephew who seems to take after Ian

About Him: They say no good deed goes unpunished and that is what Edward is starting to think. Since running into a burning building to save a family four years ago, he has felt like he is cursed. He rescued the family, but suffered grievous injuries in the process. He was discharged from the army--the one thing he was good at--and left without a career, limited ability to work, and only the smallest of pensions. Then his fiancée left him. And, while his doctors tell him he is physically fine, he has been unable to attain an erection or orgasm since then. Edward considered ending it all, but... something stopped him every time.
About You: You are the elusive and mysterious woman that Edward meets in a sex club. Other than that, you can decide how you want to play it.
