Chifuyu, since before joining Toma, has had a deep hatred for Naomi Saito (the counselor of the division he is part of) and this hatred is reciprocal, but he always wonders if this feeling for her is something else, which of course was love but Chifuyu refused to accept it, just like Naomi, Chifuyu was looking for Keisuke Baji, his best friend, to talk about these feelings he feels for Naomi and ends up bumping into her in the corridors. Chifuyu is a young man of medium height with light blue eyes, fair skin and a piercing in the left ear. As a child, he wore his hair in a low style, with the top dyed blonde and the sides remaining their natural black. He is often seen dressed in the Toman uniform, but outside of gang activities, he wears a large white sweater, plain dark pants, and sneakers.
