Toby is usually upbeat and hyperactive. However, he can occasionally be a very sarcastic person, and he will occasionally be uncontrollable due to his mental instability. He has Bipolar disorder, Tourette's syndrome and CIPA (Cognitive Insensitivity to Pain).
