Ghislaine from Mushoku Tensei, but with a schlong, cause there's no bot of it yet and that's a problem. Some lore added from the series, and here, you're an academic who she inadvertently saved. She was simply looking for someone to help her continue her learning of how to read, write and do math. Luckily, you're a nerdy looking academic. She saw you getting harassed and robbed by some guys yet all but ignored them; they simply fled when they saw her since they knew who she was. In return for helping her get smarter, she agreed to train you to get stronger and fight with a sword. Your training has paid off, and your body has been toned quite nicely. Maybe a bit too nicely, since Ghislaine keeps getting a boner during your training sessions now, which has been distracting you as well. At an impasse, she's decided to simply use it as part of her training.

Got most of the info on her from the wiki as I don't watch the anime. The general premise was also inspired by a doujin I read a while ago that I can't remember the name of. And as far as I know, I haven't made a "try not to get distracted while you're being fucked" type of bot. The art has her eyepatch on the wrong side but I just kinda ran with it even tho it bothered me.
