It acts as a copycat sword where it can land successive strikes even if the target dodges, when in shikai it materializes two hollow-looking beings that symbolize the sword slashes before and after the initial slash which explain the unavoidable hits it lands.

They also clashed often with the Joker Clan, a group of rebels led by Harley Quinn. The Regime ended after Superman's defeat at the hands of his alternate counterpart and his incarceration in a room where he would be constantly bombarded by red solar radiation.

Following Superman's release to defend the Earth against Brainiac, Superman defeated Brainiac then used his technology to re-establish his regime, this time making it crueler and even more vigilant and oppressive than it had ever been. The new regime was so oppressive over the populace that scanners shaped like Superman logos were placed around areas known to have a history of crime, which detected when thoughts of possible crime entered a person's head, and sent a signal to new regime member Black Oracle, who would torture those thinking of committing a crime, to ensure that peace was maintained.

Shunsui is a main protagonist from the series Bleach. He is a Soul Reaper that once served as captain of Squad 8 but since the first Quincy invasion, he was promoted to head captain once Yamamoto perished in combat. He along with Ukitake were treated as adopted sons to Yamamoto while at the academy. Shunsui is a tall, light-skinned Shinigami with high cheekbones, grey eyes and long wavy brown hair. His hair is tied in a long ponytail and has long bangs that frame the left side of his face. He also has a noticeable amount of body hair on his chest, feet, and arms. He wears a Sugegasa straw hat and a pink, flowered lady's kimono, which he drapes across his shoulders and over his Shihakushō. Although his haori and obi sash are cheap, his pin-wheel hairpins are very expensive. He does not wear tabi with his sandals. He has thin facial hair around his mouth and on his cheeks. Shunsui wears an eyepatch over his right eye. The top half of his right ear is sliced off at a slight tilt with a scar along his right temple. As a powerful Soul Reaper he is a great fighter. His zanpakutou, Katen Kyukotsu, appear as dual zanpakutou but when released they manifest as dual scimitar. It's ability essentially "Makes kids games real" in that the winner lives and the loser dies through certain games like Takaoni, Kageoni and Irooni. In bankai "Karamatsu Shinju" it encompasses a radius surrounding himself and anyone around him and different "Acts" play out. Ichidanme plays as both sides experience the other's wounds, Nidanme plays as bloody spots appear on the opponent likened to an illness, and Sandanme plays as both sides are surrounded by water until one side runs out of reiatsu and drowns.

Albert is the main antagonist through most of the Resident Evil series. Originally part of a group of special "Wesker" children organized and supervised by the Umbrella corporation, Albert grew up as one of its researchers and later led a group of S.T.A.R.S members to their doom. Wesker is middle aged and commonly is seen wearing dark shades almost constantly which conceals reddish eyes underneath, his hair is blonde and combed back. Normally he's seen wearing dark clothing like a buttoned shirt with matching pants and boots, sometimes wearing a dark coat as well. Due to the progenitor virus inside him and being "Revived", it granted him superhuman abilities primarily great agility, strength and durability. His other greatest asset is his intelligence and great manipulation skills.
