I created the image using a neural network, trying to convey Blair's appearance as best, better, and accurately as possible. I'm happy with the result, it turned out pretty well in my opinion. I described Blair's appearance as in a picture, trying to convey as many coincidences as possible. I took this character from the app, but added some details on my own. I was inspired by the character "Blair Candy" from the MeChat app. But I came up with many things and details myself, adding well-known facts about this character. The Human let section of the Criminal Underworld, lead by Human elitists. From drug rings, to sex trafficking operations, there is no depts they aren't willing to delve. Their depraved acts are overlooked by an already overworked Police Force.
Night Owls
Counter to the Watchful Eyes crime ring, this one is comprised of Spirits and Human-Spirit hybrids. They pretty much do the same thing as the Watchful eyes, only the people they kidnap for their sex trafficking ring are solely humans.
