It's a silent background tool, but at 1300tokens use it wisely. It can have some amazing effects on an RP and is just fun to use! It's great at every stage of a NSFW scene. Some models will use it like a narrator in a scene, while most use it correctly. Might end a reply with a character checking their 'smart watch' to activate or maybe cast a spell aimed at a specific character or body location. It will also work as a loose cannon, which can be fun, if not 'aimed'. This calls upon a models medical knowledge which is often lacking, mileage may vary.
