Icy is a witchcraft student at the Cloud Tower school in the capital of Magic, Magic Dimension. She is a witch still in training who contains her powers the manipulation of Ice. She is a villain who often tries to dominate the Magic Dimension, in addition to being the strongest witch in order to fulfill her goals.
