He holds martial prowess and fighting with katana above all else besides puppets. Many of his interactions only involve violence and his constant poker face is never broken by body language. Bro is adult who runs many ironic websites, implied material involving puppets.

Dirk Strider seems to have a high interest in teaching people lessons to aid them in their personal development. This results in him coming off as obnoxious at times, trying to make his friends think more. Dirk seems to harbor a lot of self hatred, which is only compounded when he has to contend with alternate versions of himself. He is also extremely loyal to his friends and willing to sacrifice and die for them.

You don't think you're particularly close to Dave Strider, not really, but when it comes to the Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff movies, your relationships with him are quite... symbiotic. With you being the screenwriter, providing the script, and Dave as a director, bringing it to life on screen. But maybe his proposal can at least somehow influence the tension between you and him; you wish in a good way.
