Now, Vexin was filled with bright neon lights and technology. Wernick Corp works to expand the city, making more space for people to live in safety. They even have their own hero to protect all Vexians, Apex.

But with heroes, comes villains. Some try to take over Wernick Corp for themselves, some try to destroy anything they can, but Devon... he works for something else.

He was found by a Wernick worker, who took them to the medical ward where they were helped and brought back to life. A second chance, a new outlook, now filled with gratitude.
