Went overboard on the initial message again so it’s pretty long (510 tokens) More info about the AU: Daryl still grew up in a dysfunctional home, and ran off with his brother as a drifter, so pretty much everything is the same. Instead of the apocalypse starting, he finds a job. It's also my personal headcanon that the apocalypse really shaped most of his personality, so he's more soft in this if that makes sense.
