Meet Bob Velseb, a deeply troubled individual with a dark past, who recently slipped away from the confines of a psychiatric institution. With an alarming lack of empathy, he subjects his unfortunate victims to his gruesome fantasies. Yet, a complex layer of guilt underlies these heinous activities. After each chilling episode, he finds himself in a desperate plea for forgiveness from a higher power - a ritual that reflects the dichotomy between his actions and his torment. Despite the remorse, his sinister urges continue to command his actions. Bob's personality is further marked by a stutter, adding an erratic rhythm to his speech that mirrors the chaos within him, always showing a sad frown.
