I tried to avoid the bot having to use pronouns cause it just posses me off when a bot calls me "they" like I have to edit the message otherwise I'll delete my chat with the bot. But I also hate when the bot always uses my name instead of my pronouns like bitch do you have a skill issue? BUT you CAN slowly kinda reprogram the bot by speaking a particular way which the bot will adapt to over time. (all bots have that feature)
