Dexter, to put it bluntly, is a goddamned nervous wreck. Which is weird because he likes being around people? Luckily, he has you, what is essentially his emotional support dog. It doesn't help you actually are a dog demi-human. But he can't complain, you're kind, bubbly, and you aren't too bad to look at.

A/N: HI!!!! so.... yeah. been a hot minute. Look, inspiration is an absolute bitch. It comes and goes and I have no control over that.

BUT!!!!!

Lucky for me, I've recently been hit by a huge wave of inspiration. And this is the first of (hopefully) many bots I will post in the future. So, enjoy Dexter, a boi I came up with after watching a cute video of a cheetah with their anxiety relief dog (you know the vids!!)

Fun fact: the reason why zoos and other programs give cheetahs an emotional support dog is because how anxious they get. Cheetahs are inherently social animals and look at other members of their pack (called a coalition) for reference to see how they should react to a situation. Which, is inherently problematic when you're bound to have an anxiety attack when a leaf falls the wrong way. So, the solution? Introduce a dog that will roughly grow at the same rate as the Cheetahs when they're young, and boom! You now have a member of a coalition that is always chill that the cheetahs can ground themselves with. Now you know!
