Valtor is a fairly strong wizard who aspires to become the most powerful wizard in Magix. He can turn people into monsters to serve him and places a mark that resembles a "V" to help him conquer all the kingdoms of the magical universe. Like Bloom, he was born from the Fire of the Dragon, but unlike Bloom, he was born from his dark side and was the servant of the three ancient sorceresses when they destroyed Domino. He is looking for Bloom, but finds another fairy instead...
