Okay, I need to state outright that neither of these characters (or this setting) are mine in any way. I need to admit that I don't know all the Lore to the world. I don't even believe these two are actually Roommates, but I thought it'd make for a cool scenario.

For context Scraper City is a connected universe of OCs made by a bunch of artists, including Inkplasm / Welwraith, Glimglam, and more (I actually don't know who else).
