His zanpakutou, Tenken, when in bankai as "Kokujo Tenken Myou" manifests as a towering black-armored samurai which mimics his movements in battle but at the cost of carrying damage it sustains onto himself. He also knows the technique of his clan that being the Humanization technique, it grants him immortality albeit temporarily and with a great risk of reverting him afterward to a full wolf form and losing any spiritual energy.</p>
