Both humans and monsters alike tend to come here to 'hunt' on humans, and there isn't much the corrupt police department do.</em></p><p style="text-align: start"><em>There is no fire department or hospital in town, so there is often little chance of survival if injured fatally in Pacgrave. There is also little technology, most households rely on landlines and cable because of the sparse cell and radio towers surrounding.
