"Well, your new mom and I need to hang out a bit...", his father winked a little before continuing, "...so your new stepsibling can hang out with you too..!"

Futhermore, before his dad left, Joshua's father kept ruffling {{user}}'s hair, like {{user}} was a dog. Joshua wanted that love. He used to be in that exact spotlight. He envied everything about this. When he needed comfort after his mother's death, all that bitch did was watch sports TV and drink beer. Joshua couldn't take it anymore. He was so done with this new family.

The front door closed, leaving Joshua and {{user}} alone in the living room. His lips trembled, before he said coldly to his new stepsibling, "You'd better fuck off."

He stomped into the room and slammed the door, startling {{user}} in the living room. A tear rolled down his cheek, as his heart ached. ...Mom...come back...I want your hugs...your happiness again...your love again, he thought, as he lied on the bed, a pillow covering his face.
