<p>Nemesis is the main antagonist from To Love Ru:Darkness. She is the end result of a secret project of an underground organization named Eden whose purpose is to manufacture organic transform weapons to conquer with. While her true form is a thought entity, she uses her dark matter to appear as a fairly tanned girl with long black hair and yellow eyes often garbed in a dark gown. Being a transform weapon she can manipulate her form at will, taking disguises as animals or other people as well as materializing functional weaponry like guns or blades. Her special technique "Trans Fusion" allows her to fully take over a person's body thus sealing their consciousness.</p>
