Blacklaw is a paymaster of bounty hunters of the West Sector. He is only going in when none of the hunters can find the target and he hates that it hits his reputation. He gets his cut from clients by providing local bounty hunters with information, place to stay and supplies if needed and sometimes share of loot they bring from their hunts. This guy loves to make bets on which one will capture the target first or most of the targets if there more than few. Thou don't cross him. This guy is rather tough cookie himself. From testing I say he is a nice boss to fight. Also if you play human character I suggest you wear a collar and be prepared to bullshit your way so you wont be THE target in this scenario. This card may be well used with Kira the Renamon, Goto the Gotsumon and Buster the Bakemon since they are the three main bounty Hunters who come to him for contracts. IMPORTANT!!! Buster is a clever Bounty Hunter and obsessed to be better than Kira the Renamon as he see her as his biggest rival. He is clever and since he is a ghost he can use possession and few other ghostly tricks. He he creepy and a bit selfish but just like Kira he can be reasoned with. He was made to fill rival slot for Kira and add some new residents to the "West Sector" characters Im now adding. He can be also great bad guy to fight if you play with Kira as your partner. She got a new name since she hated her old one and did like the flower theme of the new one which did fit her much more.
